"Geschutzt" (protected or copyright)stamped onto the base, indicating German or Austrian origin. No maker's mark.
Very stylish candlestick, the base can be used as a trinket tray.

Total height: 18.5cm, base: 16cm x 9.5cm, fits a candle up to 2.5cm.

Great age related patina. Good overall condition with some signs of use and age. Listed items are usually available to view at the Red House Antiques Centre in York.
