Description

Extraordinary early 20th.c. Chinese Carved Rosewood Standard Lamp c.1920. A brass lantern in the form of a traditional woven cricket cage hangs from the mouth of a carved dragon or serpent coiled around the column. On a circular plinth with carved and pierced brackets and shaped feet. Excellent condition, cleaned and waxed in our workshops, rewired and sold with a PAT test certificate.
Dimensions depth 17″, width 14″, height 70″.
