Description

Large Edwardian era cased taxidermy display of a pair of pheasants in manner of Thomas Jeffries of Carmarthen c.1900. Fine looking cock pheasant with excellently preserved plumage and his mate in naturalistic arrangement, presented on an artificial rock with grasses and ferns. In the original oak framed case, glazed on three sides with original glass and a gilded slip. Very good condition.
Dimensions: width 32″, depth 10″, height 24″.
