Description

Impressivly large late 19th.c. gilt framed mirror c.1880. Probably originally intended to sit over the mantelpiece in a very grand room, the straight bottom edge means it is also ideal to use stood on the floor as a full length dressing mirror in a shop or bedroom perhaps. Original 40″ x 60″ mirror plate within a wide wooden frame with deep moulded detail and the original gilt finish. Some minor tarnish to the plate, otherwise excellent condition with the original backboards.
