Description

Delightful little Regency rosewood sofa table or writing table c.1820. 32" x 17" table top with beautiful symmetrically arranged veneers, rounded corners and a crossbanded edge. Over two small mahogany lined drawers with turned rosewood knobs, all repeated as dummy drawer fronts on the rear of the table. Raised on tapering supports joined with a shaped stretcher (set high so the table can be easily sat at to use as a desk) and sleigh feet with turned buns. Excellent colour and condition, cleaned and waxed in our workshops.
