Description
Circa 1870, very stylish pair of Victorian glass domes and stands. The tall narrow glass domes have a rounded top. Each of them stand on its own base of a piece of ebonised pine with a cut out channel to hold the glass in place, and the original red velour lining on the inside. On the underside each of the stands there are 3 small turned feet. Unusual to find a good pair of glass domes.Size 49cm high x 22cm diameter.
