19th century oak and iron bound silver chest. Heavy iron handles to the sides for carrying. Opening to reveal 4 fitted trays with the original marbleised paper. Engraved brass plaque and paper label for Lambert of Coventry Street London. Silversmiths to the Prince of Wales and the Royal Family. Only 30 1/4" wide x 19 1/4" deep x 23 1/2" high.
