Description

A matching set of two chocolate brown leather swivel armchairs from the late 1960s/1970s, produced by Skjold Sorensen in Ansager, Denmark. Whilst each chair is the same basic wing back style standing on a 5-branched chromed steel base, one chair features the dramatically curving head rest that would have denoted the ‘his and her’ chair at the time they were produced. The low back chair is labelled and both chairs have buttoned cushions that continue to provide the comfortable seating position combined with quality leather and workmanship for which the Danes are so well known and what makes these chairs real investment pieces that stand the test of time.
