Description

A superb quality chocolate brown leather three-seater sofa from the late 1960s/1970s, produced by Skjold Sorensen in Ansager, Denmark and sometimes called a Shaker sofa. Raised on two chrome ‘T’ bar legs with a beautifully shaped low wing back style and six buttoned cushions in extremely good condition throughout, the settee is very comfortable and a stylish Danish design. An excellent example of quality mid-20th century furniture.

In very good, vintage condition, there is a small area of leather at the back (see photo) where it has been knocked in the past which does not detract greatly from the overall appearance especially if positioned against a wall. Accordingly, the sofa has been priced at half the normal value due to this minor cosmetic damage to reflect the condition.
