Description

Outstanding brass oil / paraffin lamp with height adjustable column from the fantastic Victorian era. It has a beautifully etched tulip shaped shade and clear glass chimney both in excellent condition with no chips or cracks. The brass font is stamped Messenger Patent and sits on a brass column with circular base and three decorative brass legs with lion heads and claw feet. The lamp height of the lamp when fully extended is 213cm. This is an extremely stylish piece of history and still fully functional the perfect item to light up any room.
