Very good quality and unusual Victorian rosewood and marquetry inlaid pier cabinet with original marble top and fantastic brass ormolu mounts
Great decor piece and with the marble top, perfect for displaying a large vase or bust / bronze perhaps
The cabinet is beautifully made and the condition is really very good indeed, with no marquetry or brass work missing, there is a working lock and key.
Inside the cabinet, there are three surfaces, the two shelves being removable so you can store taller items if required

Viewing here in Uppingham is very welcome in my spacious barn studio but also I have a showroom based within the Uppingham Antiques Centre, which is well worth a visit and have a good lunch in town too!
I can arrange delivery to you, whether you are within the UK or require an international delivery service, please do get in touch…as a mainland UK guide, a delivery for something around the size of a chest of drawers within approx 150 miles will be £75 to you, but if you if you are in Scotland, Wales, Ireland or Cornwall please get in touch to confirm delivery costs!

All of my items are antique and will therefore, have some signs of age and use, but I restore everything necessary and you will receive a good quality piece that is well represented in my photographs...no problem to send you more info or photos of any item you would like, just let me know.
