Very decorative French louis xv style black walnut and marquetry sewing table or side table, circa 1890
Lovely piece of furniture, great detail and a useful little occasional table, or lamp table too perhaps. Storage inside when you lift the lid and there is a single drawer too
There is an old repair to the top which you will see in the photos, some marks and signs of age
Generally a good condition table, sturdy and ready for many many more years of use

Viewing here in Uppingham is very welcome in my spacious barn studio but also I have a showroom based within the Uppingham Antiques Centre, which is well worth a visit and have a good lunch in town too!
I can arrange delivery to you, whether you are within the UK or require an international delivery service, please do get in touch…as a mainland UK guide, a delivery for something around the size of a chest of drawers within approx 150 miles will be £75 to you, but if you if you are in Scotland, Wales, Ireland or Cornwall please get in touch to confirm delivery costs!

All of my items are antique and will therefore, have some signs of age and use, but I restore everything necessary and you will receive a good quality piece that is well represented in my photographs...no problem to send you more info or photos of any item you would like, just let me know.
