Very unusual Regency “cradle” pedestal round lamp or side table with a contrasting inlaid star to the table top.
Such a decorative table and a great size, sort of in between a typical wine table and a tilt top table, so this will hold a medium size lamp with room for a few other bits.
I have left the walnut top with all of its use and age marks as its got such a lovely colour and patina, but removing the marks would require a full strip…but if you would rather a fully restored finish, please let me know and I can have this done for you.
The table top has a moulded dished edge and is supported by the cradle pedestal which is beautifully turned in a light walnut and stands on splayed legs with their original castors.
Wonderful and very decorative piece of antique Regency furniture.

23 1/2 inches of 59.5 cm diameter
