Description

Very decorative and well proportioned French 19th century marble top Gueridon centre table with a figured walnut concave triform pedestal base on lions paw feet in the Louis Philippe style, circa 1840 and in good condition.
Wonderful rich colour and figuring to the black walnut pedestal and the concave style shows itself beautifully when the light catches it.
The original moulded edge marble top compliments the base so well and rather an unusual marble grain pattern with a lot of interest.
Great table for a large hall, freestanding centre table or this will be perfect for a deep bay window with no worries about sun bleaching!

31 1/2 inches or 80 cm high
35 1/2 inches or 90 cm diameter
70 cm height from the floor to the under side
