Description

Good original Regency mahogany dining table to seat up to 8...as shown with the example chairs which are also available, separately.
The table has a good figured mahogany top, some marks and signs of age, but nothing major and has come up well with lots of beeswax polish. Good consistent colour tone.
The top does have two drop leaves, so you can reduce the size of it if required and you can also tilt the whole top up for storage if necessary...shown in the last photo.
As a later addition, there are two removable tapered legs with brass castors that can be fitted under the drop leaves for additional support...fitted centrally so they are not in the way of the knees.
The tables has a single splayed pedestal base with four elegant legs and original brass square end caps and castors.
Great table, ready for many many more years of service. Gives a good sturdy table top, flexible size with the drop leaves and tilt mechanism.

81'' or 206cm max length
49 1/4'' or 125cm long when leaves down
27'' or 69cm height from the floor to the underside of the table
