Lovely quality and fully restored Regency two seater window seat or salon sofa with solid mahogany show wood frame.
This is certainly useable for two adults to sit on as additional seating when needed, though perhaps not a sofa you would want to sit on all evening. It is a good solid, sturdy frame, comfortable seat and back.
This would also sit nicely at the end of a bed, being fully upholstered to the rear and also the cut away corners giving it some interest if they are to be seen from the end of the bed.
The upholstery is newly fitted and also has been buttoned to the seat back.
The mahogany is a great colour and has good patina, contrasts well with the more contemporary upholstery.

19” or 48cm seat height

Viewing here in Uppingham is very welcome in my spacious barn studio but also I have a showroom based within the Uppingham Antiques Centre, which is well worth a visit and have a good lunch in town too!
I can arrange delivery to you, whether you are within the UK or require an international delivery service, please do get in touch…as a mainland UK guide, a delivery for something around the size of a chest of drawers within approx 150 miles will be £75 to you, but if you if you are in Scotland, Wales, Ireland or Cornwall please get in touch to confirm delivery costs!
