Description

Good decorative painted Georgian chest of drawers in a green aged paint finish.
The chest is a good size, giving plenty of storage with its three full width drawers, all of which are oak lined and running well. The drawers are also paper lined too.
Original wooden turned drawer knobs and the drawers are also finished with a cockbeading to the edge.
As you can see from the photos, the paint finish has been rubbed through and has lots of character and age marks.
The chest would work well as a bedroom piece, but also as a decor piece in a living room, giving useful storage too.

42 1/4” or 107.5cm wide
20” or 51cm deep

Viewing here in Uppingham is very welcome in my spacious barn studio but also I have a showroom based within the Uppingham Antiques Centre, which is well worth a visit and have a good lunch in town too!
I can arrange delivery to you, whether you are within the UK or require an international delivery service, please do get in touch…as a mainland UK guide, a delivery for something around the size of a chest of drawers within approx 150 miles will be £75 to you, but if you if you are in Scotland, Wales, Ireland or Cornwall please get in touch to confirm delivery costs!
