Description

A really lovely and unusual c19th satinwood bobbin turned "Sutherland" drop leaf occasional table with its original castors and in nice original condition.
This is a decorative little table and if you were to use it with the leaves up, it's a good size too, with plenty of room for a good size table lamp as shown. Being a "bobbin" turned leg and with it being satinwood, it's a bit more unusual than others and I love the colour!
The table has been cleaned, but deliberately not heavily, so there is lots of patina and character to the legs and the top has a few light signs of age. The original brass and ceramic castors are in good condition too and have cleaned up well too.
A great little piece and an ideal occasional table if you are to drop the leaves and tuck it away.

26 1/2” or 67.5cm wide
