Fabulous Regency black lacquered and decorated side table or wine table with with wonderful character and age, circa 1820.
Really decorative table and despite its obvious age marks and knocks here and there, it is in its original condition and the yellow ochre banded edging.
Elegant form with the classical turned column and triform base.
As mentioned, there are marks and bumps to this piece, but that really has given it a wonderful "unrestored" look and on something like this, I personally prefer the look!
Solid and sturdy, great size for an occasional side table or wine table, but would hold a small lamp if required.
