Lovely quality and great proportion c19th English birds eye maple mirror with a gilt moulded slip.
The frame of the mirror is a slightly inverted "cushion" style, which gives it much more depth and is more interesting than a plain or flat frame style.
The mirror can be hung either "portrait" as shown or "landscape" to suit your position. It would work as an overmantle mirror, a console table mirror, dressing table mirror, or just to free hang on its own!

31 3/4’’ or 81cm high
26’’ or 66cm wide

Viewing here in Uppingham is very welcome in my spacious barn studio but also I have a showroom based within the Uppingham Antiques Centre, which is well worth a visit and have a good lunch in town too!

All of my items are antique and will therefore, have some signs of age and use, but I restore everything necessary and you will receive a good quality piece that is well represented in my photographs...no problem to send you more info or photos of any item you would like, just let me know.
