Description

Well proportioned Italian four drawer marble top commode, circa 1800 and in lovely original condition.
The chest has a simple breakfront and mitred corners which are fluted, the drawers are all full width and run well. They have had a change of handles at some point, but the brass drops here certainly suit and work really well with the rich walnut tone.
Fabulous pale grey marble which is the original and follows the shape of the chest.
Great for bedroom storage, but equally works as a feature piece anywhere!

37 1/2 inches or 95 cm high
45 3/4 inches or 116.5 cm wide
21 inches or 53.5 cm deep
