Victorian burr walnut writing slope with brass presentation plaque 'Presented to William Jaffray by the Aberdeenshire Football Association in recognition of His services as Secretary for the Season 1887 - 88. The Writing Slope comes complete with original key and inkwells, Secret compartment and draws (as seen in photographs), 3 x photographic postcards of gentlemen connected with Aberdeen Football, two of which are signed and a Spaldings Athletic Library Football Guide ' How to play Soccer'. The writing slope and contents are in excellent condition and would grace anyones' study of indeed be a wonderful addition to a sporting memorabilia collection.DateVictorian
