Description

A stunning original Arts and Crafts period student desk lamp by Faraday and Sons. As can be seen in the photos, the lamp is in excellent condition with no dents or scratches. It has been rewired with a new three-core black braided flex (nearly 3 metres), black inline switch, and plug. The lamp is 63 cm in height and the base has a diameter of 14.2 cm. The lamp has been stripped and thoroughly cleaned so that all moving parts work as they should. The height adjuster (stamped F & S 4) works perfectly and the lamp can be turned easily in the base to position it. The shade can also be angled to the desired position. The period acid-etched cranberry tinted shade is in excellent condition and looks wonderful when the lamp is switched on. The base of the lamp has been recovered with red velvet which ties in nicely with the cranberry tint of the shade.

All items are posted Royal Mail 1st Class signed for to UK addresses. Please get in touch for costs. We also post overseas, please ask for a shipping quote.

We only operate online and therefore viewing in person is not available. In the unlikely event that you wish to return an item, you should contact us as soon as possible. We will then arrange for you to return the item at the buyer's expense.

A refund will be issued (less outgoing shipping costs) providing the item is returned to us within three working days of receipt. All items must arrive back to us in the same condition as they left.
