Description

Super set of four silver plated candlesticks in the traditional corinthian column design. The columns stand on beaded stepped bases, the ribbed columns with corinthin capitals and topped with all original bead edge sconces.

Each candlestick, when you look down into the candle well, has the mark for the reknowned makers James Dixon and Sons and 'Made in England' which tells us the sticks were made after 1910. I estimate the actual date of manufacture to be c.1920's.

All sticks have felt covered bases to protect your furniture.

Measure 9 inches high x 4 inches square on the bases.

These are a very smart set of sticks in very good condition for age.
