This is an exquisite Victorian vulcanite rose bangle.

An outstanding example or mourning jewellery and a rare find indeed.

It is an expanding bangle, however there is a limit to how far it would stretch without damage. So I’d say it’s more suitable for someone with a small to medium size wrist.

I've occasionally come across such bangles (most with cameo style front), but never one this beautiful.
It’s not just the large rose that makes this one stand out, but also the detail to it – absolutely stunning!

Measurements
Height - 4.2 cm at the front and 2.2 cm at the back.
The non-extended measurement of the bangle (without the rose) is 4.8 x 5.2 cm
