With its exceptional details, this Georgian coral fist/hand charm is a tiny masterpiece.

I've seen many over the years, but this one really stands out from the rest.
The intricacy is amazing: the hand is carved to perfection with beautifully detailed life like palm and fingers (including fingernails!).

It's finished with rose gold fittings and a jewelled bracelet set with a single turquoise stone.

Originally the hand would have held something, which is now missing.
It's still stunning as it though.

Condition: apart from the above, there is a hole in the gold fitting where it has worn away over such a considerable time.
The rest is excellent.

The charm measures 2.2 x 1 cm.
