Antique large wall entrance plaque brass/bronze for dr m g connell physician & surgeon believed to be from norfolk. Victorian/edwardian surgeons sign from the side of the front door wall. Its extremely rare to find something like this. Its in superb order condition. Its either brass or bronze, but i'm leaning towards bronze, its very heavy. Measures approx size is 14. 5 x 7 inches.
