Beautiful Large 23 inch Chad Valley Golliwog doll. THIS FABULOUS 1950'S GOLLY OR GOLLIWOG DOLL MEASURES 23" HIGH AND IS IN EXCELLENT CONDITION FOR HIS AGE.HE HAS HIS ORIGINAL EYES MADE OF BLACK FELT ON A CREAM FELT BACKGROUND.HE ALSO HAS HIS ORIGINAL RED MOUTH & BLACK FLUFFY HAIR.HE HAS NO TEARS OR SPLITS AND IS VERY CLEAN CONSIDERING HIS AGE. ALTHOUGH HE DOES HAVE A FEW STAINS THAT COULD EASILY BE REMOVED. HE IS STUFFED VERY SOLIDLY AND IS QUITE HEAVY.HE STILL HAS HIS LABEL ON HIS RIGHT SIDE,WHICH IS QUITE RARE.THIS SAYS " HYGIENIC TOYS,MADE IN ENGLAND,THE CHAD VALLEY CO.LTD"
