Description
A rare and complete set of 12 Gilbey's gin coasters titled 'The Signs We Drink under' designed by Edward Bawden and initialed 'EB'. Each one represents a different sign of the zodiac and features an amusing, drink related horoscope on the reverse. Line drawn from linocuts. Unframed. All are completely intact and free from rips or tears. Just some surface marks to Aquarius and staining to the back of Virgo (see photos). All others are in mint condition.
