18th Century Twist Stem Glass

Description
An opaque twist stem wine glass of the 1760s having a pair of corkscrews within a 16ply tape. Just over 6" high, the diameter at the top is just over 2" and the foot 2 1/2".The bowl is engraved with a flower and leaf spray one side and a butterfly on the other. In lovely condition with hand wipe and pontil marks to the foot.
