Description
A gorgeous little glass from the days of strong ale as opposed to small beer which had a very low alcohol level but so much safer than the water. The glass is a beautiful wrythen funnel shape bowl and propeller knop with a snapped pontil mark as it should be. It is late 18th century and could certainly be as late as 1800.DateEarly 19th Century :

Dimensions5" tall, the bowl 2 3/16" across and the foot 2 1/2".
ConditionVery fine, no chips or cracks, no restoration or cutting back
