15c Gold Victorian Antique Locket With Necklace
A rare and fabulous fully hallmarked 15 carat gold Victorian antique locket with an elegant gold necklace. This locket is embellished with ornate and symbolic engravings. The front and back are ornamented with acanthus leaves which have meant everlasting life since ancient times. Forget-me-nots adorn the back. This beautiful locket opens to reveal the gleaming interior with one of the original frames. This locket has recesses for two portraits / photographs. The locket is in superb condition. The hinge and catch work perfectly.
