An original 17th century copper engraved map with early hand colouring, two sided frame with glass to rear & French text to reverse of map.
Map area without margins & frame measures approx 20 x 16 inches.
Frame size is approx is 24 x 21 inches.
Centre fold present as published, some minor spots & minor wrinkles to margins, stain to bottom right margin [see image, easily covered with card mount], some knocks to frame.
Overall a super clean & bright example of an early Blaeu Map.
