17th Century Carved Oak Coffer
This is a lovely old piece, with a superb patina, the chest has 2 Carved panels and Frieze on the front with an old Iron escutcheon
The heavy top of the coffer has 2 deep moulded panels, it stands in stile feet and it has blacksmith made butterfly hinges
The coffer is 46” long, 20” deep and 25” high
