Bound in later half leather bindings by the Ramage Bindery of London with elaborate gilt tooling to spines, marbled endpapers,

Each book measures approx 9 x 6 inches

Some minor rubbing or light scuffs to leather covers. Approx 3 volumes with minor chip at top of spines. Very occasional small area of peeling to leather, occasional light foxing to pages but heavier foxing to endpapers.

Overall the books are in very good condition with all hinges strong & majority of pages clean

Detailed early historical set bound in high quality leather bindings
