The ring is hallmarked with the maker's mark "PPLd" Payton, Pepper & Sons Ltd,", the "crown" and "18" for 18 carat gold, the Birmingham town mark and date letter "P" for 1914/15.
The ring is size UK "L", US 6
The weight is 4.1g. The citrine stone approx. 2.5 carat
