A sweet Derby porcelain figure of a small child or putto standing holding a basket of flowers with a floral garland headdress and a small bocage behind him. Patch marks to the base, c.1780.

He measures 11cm (4 1/4") high and 4.5cm (1 3/4") wide.

Condition: he has been repaired at the neck and there has been touching up to the upper half of his torso and down his left arm but this all relates to a simple neck repair only and the porcelain underneath appears fine. A few usual minor chips to the leaves and flowers here and there. Payment is accepted by bank transfer, card payments (via an online invoice, I'm afraid we cannot take payments over the telephone), Paypal and UK personal cheque.
