18th Century Dutch marquetry elbow arm chair
Antique very fine quality 18th Century Dutch marquetry elbow arm or desk chair. Could also be used as a side, hall or carver chair.. Exceptional marquetry and carving.
Very heavy, solid and strong, with no loose joints. These are rare and this example is better than most. Full of age, character and charm. An elegant attractive chair with good age and patina. The shaped drop in seat has been professionally reupholstered.
