18th Century New Hall Sucrier Pat. No. 259


For sale a very attractive New Hall lidded sucrier circal 1795.
This oval lidded sucrier is decorated with the New Hall pattern number 259 consisting gilt sprigs to the body beneath a red and gilt lattice border along with the patter number 259 applied in red to base.
This Georgian sucrier is approximately 5 & 1/2 inches (14cm) in length and is in an excellent antique condition with no chips cracks or repairs, however there is some wear to the gilt around the rim of the bowl.
