18thC Welsh Oak Deuddarn Linen Press Cupboard
A superb late 18th Century Welsh Oak Deuddarn of rare and desirable small size. Featuring beautiful fielded panels and extremely well figured grain. A country made piece of the highest quality with shaped shelves, cushion moulded panels and characterful timber throughout.
Wonderfully proportioned and very pretty with plentiful storage and looks to rival the very best of Welsh dressers, not only is this a superbly practical piece it is a statement stand alone item in itself.
In superb original condition with historically replaced backboards, this early piece has been very well looked after throughout its life and it has rich wonderful warm glow as a result.
The depth of colour and patina is outstanding. An exceptional piece in every way.
