1911 12" Brass Blade and Cage/Guard Fort Wayne Stationary Desk Fan. Beautifully restored by Carlton Ward, a Lifelong Collector and Restorer this FWEW comes directly from his own Personal Collection. Carlton's restorations are at the top of their class!! Carlton uses Acrylic Enamel for the deep rich original like finish. The pin stripes are all hand painted by an expert sign painter. The mirror polished brass has been sealed with Nicholas Lacquer for years of deep rich shine.

This fan was manufactured by General Electric and sold to Fort Wayne Electric Works. Fort Wayne added their wonderful logo and marketed it under their name later GE purchased FWEW. This example is just stunning and a great fan to use as a daily runner. The head wire and power cord have been updated with period correct cloth covered cord. The fan runs perfectly on all 3 speeds. A true beauty in any setting to use as decor or as designed (move air).
