A 1927 9K gold Tavannes wristwatch. A solid 9K gold case with delicate beading to the bezel. A silvered dial with Arabic numerals and fine quality hands. A subsidiary seconds dial to 6 o'clock. A good quality manual wind caliber 15 jewel mechanism by Tavannes Watch Co, the backplate finished with 'Geneva stripes'. This watch bears Glasgow import marks for 1927.
