A recent find from a Leicestershire country property and presented in fine order. This one is a fetching tone of oak, possesses a classic early 30s shape with a great set of legs and a rather good looking curved back – a little different from the norm…

We have had the seat fully upholstered by Mark from new criss cross webbing to being topped with a quality deep teal/peacock blue coloured leather hide which is attached with tarnished studs. The frame does have day to day marks which are to be expected but nothing nasty. The Hillcrest swivel mechanism is working fine and has been lubricated and cleaned offering a gentle 1930s spin and height adjustment. Ready for work after a light wax.

When purchasing from us we include delivery within mainland UK, excluding Scotland, Northern Ireland and the Isles, in the purchase price and liaise with you to ensure delivery is as swift and as smooth as possible. We try our best to deliver within 14 working days. Please call or email for quotes to Scotland, Northern Ireland, the Isles and for World-wide shipping.

Items are delivered by private courier, usually this is a one man service. If you require a two person delivery, please let us know. Smaller items are wrapped and packed (into recycled boxes where possible) and sent via a national courier service, tracking details will be provided once an item has been collected from us.

Terms and conditions

If you are not happy with an item you have 14 days to return it. This is providing that the item is returned, in the condition it left us, within 14 days. Please note that items must be wrapped and insured, with the return cost being covered by you. Once the item is back with us, having had a once over in the workshop, your refund will be issued.

On the rare occasion that an item is damaged in transit, please notify us immediately or within 48 hours and provide us with details and images so we can best remedy the situation.
