1945 Longines 'Pilots' Style Wristwatch
A 1945 Longines 'pilots' style wristwatch. A stainless steel case with a snap on case back. A silvered dial with Arabic numerals and a sweep seconds hand. Case back inner marked with the Longines logo and signed 'EF Co, Longines'. A manual wind caliber 12.68N mechanism. Serial numbers date this watch to 1945.
The design of this watch, as well as the mechanism used, makes it very similar to some of the military pilots wristwatches that Longines issued around this period.
Case width 32mm.
