A 1949 Longines gold filled wristwatch. A 'tank' style case design with extended corners to the case and original winding crown. A quartered dial with ridged design. Arabic numerals to the quarters and batons to the rest. A high quality 17 jewel caliber 9L Longines Swiss made mechanism, marked LXW. Case inner marked Longines Wittnauer. Serial numbers date this watch to 1949.
