A beautiful sculptural Danish vintage teak chair, designed by Poul Hundevad for Vamdrup. This was made in Denmark, it dates from the 1960’s.

The quality is amazing, this has an incredibly beautiful and unique design. The curved backrests are supported by tapered back legs that run all the way from the top of the chair to the ground, and are connected to the front legs by angled stretchers. This is comfortable and supportive, it is functional and a work of art in its own right.

We have had the solid teak frame stripped and re-polished, and the seat has been re-upholstered in a charcoal wool fabric. The condition is immaculate throughout.

This would make a fantastic desk chair or occasional accent chair. We have an additional set of four of these available separately, seen listed under our other items for sale.
