The watch has a 17-jewel stem-winding movement which is working well. The watch has a Swiss Unitas 6498 stem-winding movement.
The watch itself measures 47.3mm diameter excluding the winding crown and the loop. The case is was originally gold tone and has been polished back to the nickel plated base finish. The interior of the case is gold coloured. The case has nicely engraved detail and engine turning to the back, It is in good condition. The front of the case has roman numerals with an acrylic lens to the centre.
The winding crown pushes in to open the front cover. Inside there is an acrylic lens which is in nice condition.
The dial is in good condition.
The watch has its original blued steel hands, which has the special half hunter hour hand so even when the front cover is closed, the hands can be distinguished between and the time read.
The watch comes on a vintage watch chain which measures 32cm including the T bar and clasp.
The watch will be sent in a new presentation box.
