A 1968 Omega Chronostop wristwatch. A stainless steel case with original Omega winding crown and chronograph push button. The original Omega 'Milanese' mesh strap, fitting underneath the covered lugs of the case. A grey dial with recessed center and raised steel hour markers. An outer white second track to the dial, for use with the orange chrono hand. A caliber 865 Omega manual winding mechanism. Strap reference 1120/116. Case reference 145.010. Serial numbers date this watch to 1968.
