19C French Bonheur de jour writing desk bureau

Antique late 19C French marquetry bonheur de jours writing desk, bureau or table.
This is a lovely quality piece, that is full of age, charm and character.
Solid, heavy and with no loose joints....a very rare find.
Beautiful colour and patina.
The mahogany lined drawers slide freely (some internal staining as one would expect).
Would look great in the right location!
Overall maximum dimensions 82cmW x 49cmD x 94cmH (70>74H writing surface).
Historic knocks, marks, cracks, scratches, wear, imperfections, repairs and alterations, as is always the way and to be expected with genuine antique furniture. No keys and the locks are consequently untested. Some extinct wood worm holes that we have treated for good measure. Some veneer imperfections and chips (mainly around the bottom edge, mostly filled/repaired historically)
