Antique 19th Century Victorian pine original scumble glazed chest of drawers.

Super colour, age and patina.

Scumble finish, applied in the 19th Century to look like an oak chest with a marble top.

The drawers, which run freely are all lined with newspapers dating from the 1850s.

A very rare and attractive chest of drawers.

Overall dimensions 970mmW x 510mmD x 890mmH.

This chest of drawers has some historical knocks, marks, scratches, repairs, imperfections and alterations, as one should expect with antique furniture. There are no keys and there are some historic woodworm holes that have been treated for good measure.
